We are seeking to appoint two Admissions Assistants to join our busy team. This team is responsible for the processing of applications, from initial receipt through to screening, interviewing and offer-making. The team manages the admissions and enrolment of undergraduate, postgraduate and international students to Bishop Grosseteste University, whilst ensuring accuracy, quality and high standards are maintained.

You will ideally have experience of Higher Education, along with a working knowledge of the UCAS application process. You will have excellent organisation, planning, communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Specific duties of the role include: delivering a first-class service for all the University’s applicants; processing applications from receipt through to enrolment, acting as the first point of contact for applicants, providing advice on course options and entry requirements, and ensuring the smooth running of interview days.
