School Administration - Registrar and Secretary's Office

Salary:   £16,654 to £18,263

Bishop Grosseteste University require an experienced, well-organised and confident administrator.  Working as one of a small effective team you will provide administrative support for the academic staff of the school and provide liaison with internal and external partners and be a point of contact for students.

Applicants must have a good standard of education and experience of an office/administrative environment.  Excellent oral and written communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.  

Applicants will be required to support academic committees and provide clear and accurate minutes.  You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to handle information confidentially.
