Lincoln Bishop University are looking to recruit a pool of Casual Hospitality Catering Assistants to work with us on a casual basis through the academic year until 30^th August 2027.

The successful candidates will support our operations in the provision of catering services working alongside our existing team you will take on a variety of tasks and duties that are essential to maintain our professional hospitality across all areas of our operation. This will include, barista and counter service, waiting on tables, delivery of hot & cold beverages and light buffets across campus, processing customer transactions through electronic point of sales, cleaning and stock replenishment.

Experience is welcome but more important is a positive, friendly can-do attitude and a desire to provide excellent service. Training will be given to the successful candidates.

About the Role

Lincoln Bishop University is seeking an organised, customer‑focused and proactive individual to join our Admissions Team as an Admissions Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the heart of the applicant journey, supporting prospective students from application through to enrolment. You will contribute to delivering a high‑quality, efficient and compliant admissions service, ensuring that every applicant receives a positive and professional experience. 

Working under the guidance of the Senior Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for processing applications, making decisions in line with agreed criteria, and maintaining accurate applicant records across our systems. You will act as a key point of contact for applicants, providing advice on entry requirements, course information and the application process.

The role also includes supporting and delivering large‑scale applicant events such as interview days and Offer Holder Days. You will help to ensure these events run smoothly, providing a welcoming and informative experience for applicants and their supporters.

You will work closely with colleagues across Admissions, Student Recruitment, Marketing and academic departments, contributing to a collaborative approach to recruitment, conversion and enrolment activity.

We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service. You will be confident working with systems and data, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in Higher Education admissions, within a supportive and forward‑thinking team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing applications and making decisions in line with agreed criteria
