You will need to be a leader who can illustrate a proven history in driving performance and change in a challenging, complex environment. Your energy and passion will enable you to lead your team and develop strong relationships with stakeholders. You will articulate and lead the development of the People Strategy, and oversee all HR processes including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and recognition and reward. You will align the vision and values in engaging the workforce to support a high performance culture.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to clearly illustrate your career development into an excellent people leader with experience of working in complex environments across all areas of HR. You will be an astute individual who can evidence your ability to challenge, operate strategically but also not be afraid to roll your sleeves up.
