IT Technician (1st Line Support)


Salary:   £18,777 to £21,585

As part of the IT Services team that offers an outstanding service to end users of the University IT systems, you will be expected to offer support for a range of desktop hardware and applications.  You will be expected to provide 1stLine/Helpdesk support during core operating times of the University. 

You will be responsible for providing administration of Helpdesk and other associated support systems and will be expected to support other technicians as required.

This is a full time (37 hours per week), permanent role.
