We are looking to recruit a professional, higher education planner who is dynamic, motivated and organised.  You will play a key role in the Universities planning activities, delivering systematic improvement of processes and engagement with wider university stakeholders, including planning, performance, risk management and data management.  You will be an expert in the use of, and presentation of data for decision-making and have experience of a variety of tools to facilitate data capability across the University.  You will be experienced in managing and motivating teams, and your inclusive leadership will get the best out of your team and those you work with.  We are committed to delivering strategic, institution-wide, transformational change in order to enhance the student journey through the provision of integrated and personalised information and the development of consistent, simplified processes.

The successful candidate will help shape and develop a high performing team and have the knowledge and ability to deliver and develop a wide range of projects and initiatives. The ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders is essential. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering an excellent student experience, be able to understand complex data and processes, have a positive and pro-active approach to problem resolution and have the ability to identify and action improvements to meet current and future needs.
