NCOP Manager

The NCOP Manager will have project management responsibility for the National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP) in Lincolnshire on behalf of Bishop Grosseteste University, the lead higher education provider for LincHigher.

This will involve managing relationships and communications across the partnership, collating and submitting reports and ensuring partnership contracts, agreements and governance arrangements are complied with. The NCOP Manager will be the primary point of contact for partners and the Office for Students.

This role is a fixed term contract until 31 July 2021, with probable extension beyond 31 July 2021 subject to confirmation from the Office for Students.

The role will work across Bishop Grosseteste University as required and is based within the Marketing, Student Recruitment and Admissions team. The role will involve regular travel and meetings with NCOP partners at locations across Lincolnshire and beyond.

The successful candidate will join asupportive and enthusiastic team and will be supported in their professional development.

You must have a graduate or equivalent background, with strong experience of project management. Knowledge of the UK education & higher education landscape, in particular in the area of access and participation of underrepresented students, will assist you to succeed in the role.

You will have excellent organisational, financial and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships at all levels and to hold staff accountable for high-level performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience of developing and delivering externally funded projects in a Higher Education setting and responding to regulatory guidance.
