Bishop Grosseteste University is set in the heart of the beautiful city of Lincoln and the University is a Gold rated institution for Teaching Excellence with excellent graduate employability prospects.  We are looking to recruit a dynamic, motivated and organised individual who is committed to organisational improvement through the delivery of projects.  You will play a key role in the successful delivery of Data Capability at the University, a key strategic theme for which a programme has been developed.  The programme will deliver strategic institution-wide transformational change in order to enhance the student journey through the provision of integrated and personalised information and the development of consistent, simplified processes.

The project manager will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering key projects over a 30-month period, including planning for the impact of changes as a result of HESA’s Data Futures Project by 2019.

The successful candidate will have the knowledge and ability to deliver and develop a wide range of projects and initiatives. The ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders is essential. They will be skilled at people management; enabling their team and others working on projects to excel against performance targets. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering an excellent student experience, be able to understand complex data and processes, have a positive and pro-active approach to problem resolution and have the ability to identify and action improvements to meet current and future needs.
