In response to the comprehensive apprenticeship reforms over the past few years Bishop Grosseteste University is seeking an experienced Administration Officer who will play a core role within a new area of the University.

Working within the BG End Point Assessment team you will be working with the Centre Manager to develop and co-ordinate administration activities.  BG End Point Assessment will deliver activities across England to support Apprenticeships within a range of sectors.  The Administration Officer role sits at the core of the team and will ensure all processes are supported, records are accurately maintained and all compliance and regulatory activities are documented.

The role is vital for the effective delivery of high quality End Point Assessment (EPAs) and will require the post holder to apply a high standard of administration and event coordination skill that will be complemented by good communication.  The post holder will work across the team and will support all elements of the EPA activities including management of records, support for assessment booking and records and coordinating the booking and arrangement of multiple mixed locations standardisation events.

To be successful in the role you will have a drive and determination to succeed.  You will build relationships to ensure that all functions of the service are supported.  You will have experience of complex administration and event coordination activities preferable within an education or apprenticeships provision. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail with good communication and resource coordination skills that complement your high level of IT ability.  You will be an experienced administrator and event coordinator that is able work under pressure.
